VCS was and still is a pioneer in video conferencing. Every project is different and every customer has specific needs. Coordinating all necessary components, providing them with a fast and intuitive operation; a straightforward demand from users but less prevalent on the supply side. VCS builds custom-made interfaces for the simplest possible operation, on top of, or in combination with, technology that withstands the UX test.

Befimmo, the well-known listed real estate company has a healthy meeting culture. This requires good equipment. VCS has equipped no less than 25 rooms at Befimmo with the latest technology. The rooms have been equipped by VCS with interactive screens and videoconferencing possibilities by means of Teams appliances, as Befimmo uses these as standard.

In the offices of the European Chemical Industry Council (CEFIC) in Brussels, VCS equipped 35 meeting rooms and installed 15 digital signage displays from 46″ to video walls size. All meeting rooms are equipped with Poly video conference systems and advanced audio.
